"Alright, practice studying for your big exam on Friday!"
A teacher had loudly said as she dismissed her classroom. The school bells of Murakami high school can be heard across Jump city as it was time for school to be over for the day. Dozen of students were rushing out from their classes to lockers, friends or on their way home. A young blond girl appeared as she had gathered her belongings from her locker and on her way out. Her sapphire blue orbs focused on her destination as she noticed a reflection in a near by mirror of that green titan again, echoing like a ghost;
"No matter what you say, you're Terra!"
She felt a bit taken by of his words still. Even though it had been two months since she had last seen the boy, she felt conflicted on his reasoning for even approaching her. She had no idea if he was telling the truth or not. A part of her felt like she knew he was right. A lie was felt inside of her growing. Was all this just make believe? Then female voices can be heard around her as it snapped her out of her inner thoughts. She looked upon her female companions, Amber and Dionne, as they had met her at the entrance;
"Hey, Tara! We're going to pizza parlor to celebrate summer coming up!"
"Yeah, I'm so glad it'll be over soon! Do you wanna come with us?"
"Er, that sounds like a lot of fun! But, I gotta go home and study for that exam. I know my grandfather would kill me if I don't. See ya!"
Tara waved good bye to her friends as she head on home as she held onto her belongings. Her grandparents were a kind old couple who had adopted her when she was at the hospital. They had told her she arrived with a suit that had been connected to her nerve system and had operate to remove it. She was discovered to have retrograde amnesia, unable to remember anything before her accident. It didn't leave her feeling angsty or bitter about not remembering her memories. She just enjoyed her current life even more of building up new moments again. But, she noticed that "T" tower across the sea on that small island, watching over the citizens from where she stood. She had no idea but she felt drawn to it. Tara knew it was silly of her to consider Beast boy's words yet again but they stung her in more ways than one. It couldn't be true. Someone like her didn't belong in that world. Just like that she had proceeded to move forth ward home in the large streets of Jump City.
But just then, she noticed her locket from her bag had slipped out and fell into a sewer as Tara had looked on with shock. She began to kneel down to see how far it went but it seemed pretty deep to her. She had no idea what to do as found the lid to the entrance as she knew it was going to be a "smelly" experience but that locket meant too much to her. She quickly then started to go down the steps of the ladder to search for it;
